• Manage client relationships and maintain regular lines of communications • Create comprehensive, compelling, and effective RFP’s • Ensure accuracy of data transmission to our partners • Update your forecast on a daily basis • Ensure contact database is continuously updated • Stay current in trends and developments in online advertising, retail and related industries • Campaign status updates • Daily Campaign performance reporting • Responding to client RFP’s • Executing “go-live” launch plan for customer campaign’s • Aid in the testing, and support the creation of customer ad tag’s as needed • Assist in optimizing campaigns and ensure gross margin goals are exceeded • Assist in troubleshoot technical/operational issues which may arise
