For over 15 years, Josh has worked extensively in the digital space focused on sales and marketing. During this time, he's been fortunate to work for and on some of the largest and most recognized brands. This experience has shaped his ability to develop ROI-driven strategies, drive execution as well as lead and motivate others in organizations of all sizes. Joshua has deep expertise in Search Marketing, Programmatic, Mobile, e-commerce, Social Media, Content Development, Analytics, Website Optimization, Personalization, Usability, and Sales Path Conversion. His reputation is one of a trusted advisor who can not only identify but more importantly solve problems. 

 

He is currently VP of Digital and Omnichannel at Bayer US. Previously he led J&J's Global Media, Creative, and Content partnerships. Prior to this, he led the Digital Innovation team for the J&J consumer Digital Center of Excellence developing strategies and capabilities that can be scaled across the global marketing organization. The specific areas of focus are Social Media, Mobile, Social Listening, Search, e-commerce.

 

Before joining J&J he worked for Comcast developing the strategy and growing the e-commerce channel. In addition to this, Joshua also led digital strategy and Social Media for corporate communications. As the VP of Search Marketing for Razorfish, he managed the integrated Search practice in the US focusing on client success, product development, operations, and business development.

 

In his spare time, Joshua is an adjunct professor at Temple University and volunteer for The St. Baldrick’s Foundation whose focus is funding childhood cancers research.
