Vic Catalfamo joined Specific Media in May 2011 as the global category lead for consumer packaged goods (CPG). In this role, Vic is responsible for overseeing the business development, marketing and sales strategy for the company’s CPG customers. Vic brings over twenty years of CPG global experience to the Specific Media team. Before joining Specific Media, Vic worked at Proctor & Gamble (P&G) in global and regional digital marketing, R&D and engineering roles. In his last position at P&G as the global digital marketing manager for the company’s beauty and grooming business units, Catalfamo oversaw e-commerce, online advertising, search, mobile and integrated digital campaigns. Prior to this role, Vic managed digital marketing for P&G’s North American hair care retail brands, leading e-CRM strategy, scale search strategy and e-commerce efforts. Vic also held key engineering, design and R&D roles within the company’s consumer household products groups in Europe. During his tenure at P&G, Vic was the recipient of numerous awards for his professional achievements, including Best Global, Cross-Brand Global P&G Digital Program Scale Award, and was granted nine US/International patents. Vic holds multiple academic degrees, including a BS in Industrial Chemistry, a master’s degree in Medical Journalism and an MBA in E-Business.
