Amanda Sims is a born and raised Texas girl who landed her first California job at Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where she worked on key brands, including Adobe and Cheetos, while contributing to the new business team. Sims became increasingly interested in the digital side of advertising, and in 2006 joined AKQA. After almost two years of embedded work as the onsite account lead with Audi in the Washington, D.C. area, Sims returned to San Francisco, where she now runs all digital campaign marketing for Audi at AKQA, and has learned more about cars than she ever dreamed she would know. Sims holds a B.A. from James Madison University.
