Rich Fontaine is currently Senior Vice President, Consumer Marketing for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO), a leading provider of original "how-to" information, inspiring and engaging consumers with unique lifestyle content and high-quality products.
Rich oversees all consumer-direct marketing initiatives, including customer acquisition and retention, digital media audience development, and retail sales of media products. In addition, Rich is responsible for consumer research and insights, CRM initiatives, and directs corporate database development. Rich's previous experience at MSLO included managing consumer-direct marketing programs for catalog, ecommerce and book publishing.
Prior to joining MSLO, Rich held positions in consumer marketing at Time Inc./Sports Illustrated, and in product management at MBI, Inc./The Danbury Mint.
