Michael and team are responsible for the measurement and analysis of online behavior with a focus of tying online, mobile and social performance to business and financial impact. Michael specializes in understanding technical platforms and translating business requirements into a technical solution to ensure that clients can truly understand consumers' online behavior and how it translates to ROI. In his career, Michael has worked with retail, CPG, restaurant, financial clients to develop integrated analytics technical solutions, reports and dashboards as well as provide analysis of online behavior using leading analytics platforms.
