An expert in search and digital marketing strategy, Ross is the Managing Director of iProspect's San Francisco office, with demonstrated results across search (PPC and SEO), display, mobile, social, local digital marketing and advertising programs spanning pharmaceutical, healthcare, software, and CPG, among other industries. In this role, she leads multiple teams and is responsible for delivering superior search results, providing strategic value to clients, driving innovation in online marketing and advertising, and developing directors, managers, and core level employees. Ross has provided strategic direction for Fortune 500 clients and numerous top brands, both within the US and globally. A passionate evangelist for performance marketing and search, her marketing experience spans the globe with both for-profit and non-profit enterprises. Ross earned her MSIS (with honors) and MBA in Marketing from Boston University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
