Greg Renner is senior director of Universal Orlando's digital marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and online sales. He leads the development and integration of digital strategies that enhance the customer experience across Universal's online channels – website, mobile, and CRM.

Prior to this role, he was VP, ecommerce for Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and previously held leadership positions in digital marketing at The Walt Disney Co. and Tribune Co.
