Dave Williams is recognized as a leading innovator and thought leader in digital advertising, social media advertising and search engine marketing and optimization. His depth of experience in interactive advertising helps customers identify key industry trends and how to capitalize on them to derive significant business impact and competitive advantage. He is the recipient of the Life Time Achievement Award from Technology Association of Georgia’s 2010 Tech Marketing Awards and was a finalist in the 2012 Business Person of the Year awards from the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
Under Williams’ leadership, BLiNQ Media is recognized as a global industry leader in Facebook and social network advertising, being one of the first companies to offer a scalable Facebook advertising managed services and technology solution. Prior to founding BLiNQ, Williams was co-founder and chief strategist for 360i, one of the country’s most successful search marketing firms. Williams led 360i from its inception in 1998 to its sale in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, he assisted with the strategic integration of the business, ongoing sales and marketing strategy, prior to exiting the business to found BLiNQ Media in early 2008.
Previously, Williams was an internet strategy consultant with IBM Global Services. He began his career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse. Williams earned his undergraduate degree in business administration and accounting from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
