Within the digital landscape, Hendrix focuses on innovation enabled by mobile, location, context, and data + analytics. Before founding immr, Hendrix was a partner with DiamondCluster (now PwC strategy group), and principal with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman).
Previously, Hendrix was a professor at Emory University and the University of Michigan, where he also received his Ph.D.
