Anne Murray serves Southwest Airlines as the senior director of marketing communications. Murray leads the company's marketing integration efforts, ensuring collaboration and consistency of communication priorities. She oversees the brand engagement, national strategic partnerships, and social marketing teams that drive customer engagement for the Southwest brand.
In her 20-year history with Southwest, Murray has served in a number of marketing leadership positions, including online marketing, advertising, sports marketing, and promotions. She is a passionate and innovative brand marketer and has participated as a keynote and guest speaker at numerous events and conferences, and enjoys sharing her insights and best practices in the field. An active contributor to the marketing and local community, she currently serves on the board of governors for dmg::events (ad:tech, iMedia summits, CMO summits, and the Digital Collective), and has served as board member for the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association, the Promotion Marketing Association, and the Girl Scouts of Texas.
Murray graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York.
