Vic is senior director, Joint Business Planning (JBP), for ConAgra Foods. Vic leads business development efforts across all ConAgra Foods businesses and functions to represent one company voice to the customer. Vic’s team manages all analytics and insights and synthesizes key learnings to drive business results and influence brand strategy. Vic acts as project manager to coordinate all marketing and media activities in support of JBP initiatives.
Prior to ConAgra Foods, Vic founded Vienesse, Inc., a Houston-based consulting firm specializing in providing strategic planning, business development and financial management services to small businesses, corporations, educational institutions, sports management companies, non-profits and social service agencies. Prior to Vienesse, Inc., Vic held managerial sales and analytic positions with Fortune 500 companies such as Wyeth, Schering-Plough and The Pillsbury Company.
Vic is an adjunct professor of marketing and marketing research for Lonestar College-Tomball. Vic's emphasis is shopper insights and loyalty marketing. Vic holds an MBA from Webster University, an M.A. from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree from California State University Fullerton.
