My team was responsible for identifying and managing rate and service content updates globally on UPS.com. We made several internal process improvements and customer facing usability enhancements while I was there.

A daily publication that was distributed to over 500 media and public relations professionals in Atlanta.

In this position I was responsible for the relationship for some of our largest clients. Projects included POS ordering and fulfillment websites, catalog creation/development, software development, and website development. I also managed the development of a proprietary CMS system built using WebObjects. Other duties included reconciliation of our agencies billable hours via our time tracking system and responding to RFP's.
I am happily married to Matt Kew, an interactive developer who works for The Weather Channel Interactive in Atlanta. We have two mini dachshunds, no kids, and we are in the middle of a never-ending renovation on our 50yr old home. We enjoy outdoors and traveling and just came back from two weeks in Yucatan Mexico where we explored the Peninsula via Jeep, bus and foot. We spent time getting to know people in different pueblos and eating new exotic foods and enjoying the company of new friends.
