Jeff Dow is responsible for building the digital data and analytics capability for SMG agencies globally. His focus is developing products that unlock the power of cross-channel and digital analytics to drive commercial value for SMG’s clients. He has 15 years of experience in CRM and technology consulting, customer strategy, analytics and operations, and media. He was previously a Managing Director of Business Planning at Mindshare, where he developed strategies for clients in pharma, CPG, retail, electronics, insurance and finance. He holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Northwestern University.
