Cynthia’s twenty-plus years in the media business have been punctuated by highlights in managing complex brand portfolios, leading development of media launches and directing high-level, cross-function and multi-tiered brand alliances. She has also inspired small-budget clients to rethink expectations, approve high-impact media executions and embrace brand-sharing partnerships.
Prior to joining INNOCEAN, Cynthia served at Young & Rubicam/Mediaedge, where she was instrumental in building a leading-edge media planning practice for the Lincoln Mercury account in both Detroit and in Southern California. Later, as SVP, Media Director at Foote Cone & Belding/Irvine, California, she managed teams in support of eight leading category brands. Her history of managing multiple competitive brands within a parent brand assisted Hilton Hotels Corporation in creating individual communication identities for six sister chains.
