Bradford is charged with overseeing and building a world-class sales organization to help continue the growth that the MSNĀ® Internet service is experiencing as a digital marketing leader. The 270 million unique users worldwide that visit the MSN network each month will continue to serve as a major benefit to marketers with which Bradford and her team will work to deliver new and compelling online marketing solutions.

During Bradford's tenure as vice president at Business Week, the region delivered record revenues and profits. Bradford was hired by Business Week in 1989 as an account manager and quickly advanced to the role of technology marketing manager. In 1997, she was made vice president of Sales for the magazine's Western region, where she more than doubled its advertising-based revenue. Bradford was the first woman to hold the post of vice president and director of North American Advertising Sales for Business Week magazine and, as such, was one of the highest-ranking women at the McGraw Hill Companies. Before joining Business Week, Bradford spent several years as district sales manager for Engineering News Record. She began her business career in 1986 in the Management Training Program at R.H. Macy.
