As VP of Client Services, Chris works closely with [x+1] clients to maximize their ROI via website and online media customer interaction optimization strategies.  Chris possesses extensive knowledge of the interactive industry and over the past 10 years, has developed online strategy and integrated marketing programs for such clients as General Motors, Citibank, AOL, Capital One and Yahoo!  Prior to joining [x+1], Chris was Director of e-Business Marketing at CentrPort, an early pioneer in online behavioral targeting, and as Director of e-Commerce at Cendant, where he developed, managed, and marketed online membership services for multiple affinity marketing partners.
