Jorge Ruiz serves as the agency measurement lead at Facebook, helping agencies scale their Facebook measurement and encouraging adoption of research standards across the ecosystem.

Prior to Facebook, Ruiz served as the North America lead for Ogilvy's media analytics and iInsights practice, specializing in digital attribution and cross-media advertising effectiveness research that resulted in multiple award-winning submissions, as well as a Great Minds research award, from the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF).

In addition, Ruiz has served as an effectiveness judge in the EFFIE awards and as a board advisor for Google Consumer Surveys.
