Leah Thelen is director of interactive marketing and ecommerce for Lancome.com. In this role, she is responsible for content localization from the international marketing team in Paris. Thelen manages sales planning, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and promotional calendar development. She also manages P&L, including capital investments, physical distribution, and digital media investments, as well as overseeing SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
Thelen holds an MBA from Fordham University and currently lives in New York.
