Hayley Silver, VP, Bizrate Insights, leads its U.S. advisory services group. Her work enables retailers to achieve their end goals of growing sales and ensuring consumer loyalty by helping them listen to and start a dialogue with their customers. Bizrate Insights provides tools and reports to over 6,000 retailers worldwide to enlighten them about the customer experience, and make them aware of the "why" in what consumers think and do.
Silver has over 20 years of experience in consumer insights, retail, online marketing, and communications. Prior to joining the Bizrate Insights division of Connexity (formerly Shopzilla, Inc.), Silver held leadership positions in growing online-marketing companies such as LinkShare and 360i. Silver began her career with a strong foundation in store and catalog retail at Bloomingdale's and J.Crew. The combination of her rich background in retail and online commerce contributes to her ability to define consumer insights that are actionable and measurable for her retail clients today.
Silver holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA.
