Kelly Balz is director of digital marketing at SoftSheen-Carson, a division of L'Oreal USA. In this role, she is responsible for end-to-end ecommerce experience and channel performance. She also manages all digital media investments inclusive of SEM, SEO, and social media. Prior to joining L'Oreal, Balz spent 10 years in marketing and digital roles at Avon, Ann Taylor, and Victoria's Secret.
Balz holds an MBA from Fordham University and a B.A. from the University of Central Florida. She currently lives in New York, and is training to run in her 10th marathon this fall.
