As VP, Associate Director, Digital Marketing, Aaron Dodez leverages his over 17 years of digital marketing experience driving digital content strategy for RPA's clients including Honda, Intuit, Los Angeles Clippers, ARCO, Tempur-Sealy and others. Before joining RPA in 2011, Aaron was VP of Digital Marketing at Machinima, where he led user-acquisition, analytics and social media efforts for one of the earliest and biggest YouTube Multichannel Networks. Prior to that, Aaron served as Senior Director of SEM at The Search Agency where he managed their largest team and clients including LegalZoom, Microsoft, Classmates, Napster and Spark Networks. Additionally, Aaron spent over five years at LendingTree where in addition to managing many facets of their lead generation marketing programs formed their Search Marketing department and grew it to become one of Google’s largest advertisers. 

Aaron advises a number of early stage technology startups and holds a M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Emerson College in Boston.
