Matt Pierre is director of eCommerce at General Mills, leading the company's strategy development, retailer activation, and brand integration.

He is a classically trained strategic marketing executive, with 24 years of general management experience and comprehensive P&L ownership. He has a broad strategic perspective developed with cross-functional assignments in brand management, new product innovation, shopper marketing, and ecommerce.

Pierre holds a Bachelor of Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.


He resides in Edina, Minnesota with his wife, Kristin, and their two children, Jack and Sydney.
