Neil is the managing director of AdRoll's New York office where he leads the strategic account team.

Prior to AdRoll, Neil built a new business at SAY Media and spent seven years at Google. During his time at Google, Neil built and managed new sales and operations teams in India, Ireland, and Poland before moving to the U.S. where he led teams across several industries. Neil spent time in a consulting role at IBM before Google, and also founded and ran a sports consultancy while studying Physiology in Dublin.

Outside of work, Neil is a history enthusiast and can usually be found running or working out at the gym.
