Rhonda Shantz is VP of marketing at Rocket Fuel, where she leads marketing operations, digital marketing, integrated marketing, creative services, and public relations to expand brand perception, increase lead generation, and grow market share. Prior to joining Rocket Fuel, Rhonda was VP of global marketing for Symantec, where she galvanized a strategy around cybercrime that reinvented the Norton brand to grow market share and make an emotional impression on consumers. She is widely recognized as an innovator in marketing, driving initiatives such as "Cybergeddon," a nine-part series and original feature film with CSI creator Anthony Zuiker. These include Effie, Addy, Webby, Hugo Television, Event Marketer, Communication Arts awards, and many more. Previous to Symantec, Rhonda served as partner and technology practice lead at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom company, for more than 10 years.
