Bharad is regional director at MindShare Asia Pacific, based out of Singapore.

He was previously national tactical planning director, managing clients' TV investments for MindShare China, where he spent four eventful years. Prior to China, Bharad worked as an analyst and consultant with Frost & Sullivan in California and Jack Myers in New York. He began his career a decade ago with Ogilvy in Bangalore, India

Bharad's article on the popularity of Korean dramas in China and its implications for a broadband society was awarded the WPP global thought leadership award, the Atticus.
