It would be hard to not know Bryan Eisenberg if you work in digital marketing. Eisenberg has written three best-selling books -- "Call to Action," "Waiting for Your Cat to Bark?" and "Always Be Testing" -- and has a tremendous following on his marketing optimization blog GrokDotCom.
Bryan is the key founder of web analytics as a field, inventing and defining many of the core concepts and calculations. He has been active in promoting the field, is the world leader in understanding how to sell and market on the web, and has been the leading expert most eager to pass on his knowledge."
- Brandt Dainow
- CEO of ThinkMetrics
He has worked on numerous industry initiatives as the co-founder and chairman emeritus of the Web Analytics Association, and serves as an advisory board member of Search Engine Strategies and the eMetrics Marketing Optimization Summit. Eisenberg was also recently recognized by eConsultancy members as one of the top 10 User Experience Gurus.
When Eisenberg isn't moonlighting as an advisory board member for numerous venture capital-backed start-ups (i.e., Bazaarvoice, iPerceptions), he's grinding the stone at FutureNow, a company he co-founded in 1998. FutureNow sells OnTarget, a 24/7 software-as-a-service product that monitors website traffic and provides a prioritized to-do list of recommendations, instead of simply data and reports. OnTarget also gives clients an efficient way to increase conversion rates based on the client's priorities and available resources.
Eisenberg's proudest professional accomplishments lie in the thousands of companies that FutureNow has trained and worked with, including HP, NBC Universal, GE, WebEx, Overstock, and Dell.
