Shiv Singh literally wrote the book on social media, authoring the popular "Social Media Marketing for Dummies." As the global head of digital for PepsiCo Beverages, Singh is focused on driving the company's digital marking agenda across paid, owned, and social media on all devices and platforms. Singh is also leading the beverage-maker's real-time marketing initiatives, which means he spends a lot of time innovating, optimizing, developing, and measuring digital engagement with consumers in real-time across the web, mobile, and increasingly physical products, too. He is also hands-on in the Pepsi Refresh Project, all Super Bowl digital efforts (from Pepsi to Brisk last year), and Pepsi's X-Factor digital engagement, which earned the beverage-maker accolades for creating the first brand-led platform that allows it to host a real-time conversation around popular events such as the "X Factor" television show, or possibly -- in the future -- the Grammys. His team leads digital marketing for Pepsi, Mountain Dew, SoBe, AMP, Sierra Mist, and across the Starbucks and Lipton joint ventures.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Singh worked at Razorfish for more than 12 years in its New York, London, and San Francisco offices, serving most recently as the agency's VP & Global Social Media Lead. At the agency, he worked with companies such as Mercedes Benz, Philip Morris International, Citigroup, Microsoft, Victoria's Secret, and the Ford Motor Company.
