There are agencies that are leading the way online, and then there is Obscura Digital, which is leading digital offline... way offline.
Known for its interactive installations, Obscura excels at blending the power of digital with the scope and immediacy of the physical world. For Yahoo, Obscura transformed 20 municipal bus stops into giant casual gaming platforms. For the San Francisco residents who were lucky enough to take shelter in -- and play with -- the campaign, it was a glimpse into the future.

But you don't have to be lucky to find some of Obscura's work. In fact, the agency has very thoughtfully built an elegant iPhone app to help you locate its work around the globe.

Or, you can score an invite to a branded event. Recently, Obscura used its tech wizardry to build an interactive holographic display to help Heineken celebrate its rich brand history. A 72-inch touch-screen display gave users the ability to scroll through old Heineken print and outdoor advertisements, watch old commercials, and learn more about Freddy Heineken, the man who helped make the brand what it is today. The installation toured four cities in as many months.
