Everyone wants to think interactive, but THINK Interactive actually lives up to its name when you consider what it has done for the Orkin pest control brand.
First and foremost, THINK Interactive built a strong website for Orkin that engages customers with helpful information about the kinds of pests and bugs they're most likely dealing with. The result is a good example of how customer service in digital can actually be better -- and in this case, have more empathy -- than a well-trained phone operator.

But the website is just one part of the equation. Recently, THINK Interactive took the brand to the next level, creating "Orkin Bug Battle," a silly but strangely satisfying casual game that lets users "flick, squash, and swat bugs." While it's probably not the sort of game you want to play when you need an Orkin man to come to your house, it's a clever way to connect users to the brand when they don't need the company's service, which is probably most of the time.

The agency also lives up to its name when you look at the work it has done for Sears. After working with Sears to launch the Manage My Life brand and site online, it further helped promote the company by creating several Facebook quizzes that invited users to discover a theme song for each of their various DIY activities. While the quizzes are mostly fun, they also provide users with that extra boost of utility by giving them a pleasing soundtrack for the projects they like to do.

THINK Interactive is based in Atlanta.
