With more than 3,000 fans on Facebook, 22squared is obviously a pretty social agency. But it's the agency's work for clients like Buffalo Wild Wings, a brand with more than 5 million fans, that really makes it so popular.
To help the casual dining chain continually engage customers, 22squared draws on a seemingly endless well of ideas, ranging from a "Monsterizer" that invites fans to "fight night hunger" by turning themselves into a monster, or a wacky casual game called "Chicken Joust." Recently, 22squared social media savvy helped it land the Jackson Hewitt account. And while the agency's experience with financial services was reportedly a factor in the win, the brand was most interested in what 22squared could do to boost its relatively small Facebook presence. Even if you haven't hired 22squared, the agency is keen to share its social media insights, both on its blogs and through presentations that address issues like what FourSquare means for businesses owners and consumers and social media catastrophes. 22squared has worked with Baskin-Robbins, Costa Rica Tourism Board, and Sony Ericsson, to name a few.
