Fullscreen is looking for sales representatives in key markets throughout the U.S. to build relationships with the top agencies and brands in the consumer marketing space.  The sales reps should have deep understanding of digital media, content strategy, advertising, social media, branded entertainment and strong relationships with blue chip brands and agencies in their territory.  As Fullscreen is focused on the YouTube platform, it will be key for the sales reps to be very familiar with the platform.  The sellers should be comfortable speaking to key stakeholders at brands, media agencies, creative agencies, social media agencies and PR firms.  These positions will report to the Head of Sales in the Los Angeles office. 

Responsibilities
• Activate the Fullscreen go-to-market strategy in respective territory with key agencies and brands
• Develop deep pipeline of accounts by building new business on top of your already existing agency and brand relationships
• Identify and prioritize targets based on different levels of pipeline status to balance your workload and maximize success
• Partner with the rest of the sales team to develop strategies that lead to successful and repeatable programs
• Effectively communicate our position in the marketplace and have a deep understanding of competitive programs, companies and where dollars are being allocated
• Be able to problem-solve to knock down roadblocks
• Continue to educate yourself on the past, present and future of online video programs, social media strategy, advertising tools and innovative products
• Be considered a thought leader in digital media and social media video advertising among your peers and clients

Requirements
• Extremely passionate about and knowledgeable of the digital media landscape.  A lover of online video, social media and pop culture
• A consultative approach to selling
• A team player whose excited to partner up with the other sales reps to accomplish team goals and be comfortable working across territories as it is necessary to cover the country
• At least 3-4 years of sales experience in digital media and strong relationships across agencies and brands
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint (keynote a plus) skills for presentations and media plans
• Positive, can-do-anything attitude, attention to detail
• Passionate, hard-working, self-starter
• Salesforce skills are a plus
