We are currently seeking a Mobile Campaign
Manager for our LA Office to help support mobile initiatives within our
Digital Ad Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have
a thorough understanding of mobile ad technologies and emerging platforms across
the smart phone and tablet landscape. A major responsibility of this role will
be to help support build out our mobile technology infrastructure to support our
expanding mobile media offering including scoping and building of a flexible
solution to handle mobile rich media, video and in-app ad executions. This is a

Job Description:
· Coordinates
implementation of all aspects of our mobile ad-serving (trafficking), rich
media, branding / research studies, and all other mobile advertising
technologies
· Works with
client and HMI’s mobile ad serving platform teams to coordinate implementation
of measurement and tracking solutions
· Experience in
scoping / implementation / troubleshooting of SDK / server to server tracking /
reporting solutions
· Serve as key
liaison with our mobile technology vendors to ensure flawless implementation of
mobile campaigns / tracking / reporting [Phluant, AdColony,
Jumptap]
· Collaborate
across cross-functional teams on cross-platform campaigns to ensure synching of
non-mobile and mobile ad technology solutions
· Understanding of
ad serving specifications across all mobile device types iOS, Android,
Blackberry
· Launches
campaigns, provides Q&A and troubleshoots all technical
issues
· Proactively
monitoring campaign delivery and provides daily and/or weekly and/or monthly
reporting
· Provides
Media team requested reports and charts for analysis and
optimization recommendations
· Implements
optimization recommendations as directed by Account
Managers
· Works with
Account Managers and/or client creative partners to recommend necessary creative
adjustments / optimizations
· Prepares monthly
billing reconciliations and adjusts Strata documentation
Qualifications/Skills:
· BA/BS
required
· 3+ years
experience in digital media operations / technologies
· Must have
experience using mobile ad servers
· Proficient in
Rich Media, Video, In-App mobile technologies
· Must have strong
Excel skills
· Must be team
player
· Excellent
writer/verbal communication and effective problem solving
skills
· Exceptional eye
for detail/organizational skills
· Proven
experience developing persuasive presentations
· Ability to
prioritize and multi-task
· Ability to work
in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
