1 year digital campaign management experience. Preferably at an agency.
Outstanding written communication skills. You must make the complex simple.
Eye-popping presentation-creation skills. Mastery of PowerPoint is required.

Statistical and analytical competency. Pivot tables do not frighten you.
Strategic thinker. Holistic, long-term vision is required.

Prior experience managing giant (size, scope and budget) paid search campaigns.
Prior experience with complex social advertising campaigns.
Prior experience with video ad strategy and placement.

Conceiving, developing and implementing comprehensive and integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned media channels.
Some level of experience cogently presenting on the subject at conferences, seminars, or industry events.

Sitewire seeks a motivated and experienced person to join our busy campaign management & strategy team of marketing professionals. If you know -- deeply -- the difference between PPC and CPM, how CPA can impact ROAS, what happens from CTR to CR. . . then we might be looking for you.
We manage lots -- and I mean lots -- of paid media dollars for clients. And those dollars are spread over lots -- and I mean lots -- of tactics, campaigns and marketing initiatives. Everything we do is digital. Much of what we do is highly optimized with dynamic pricing. We take a very hands-on approach to paid media management, though we're smart enough to know when to rely on automation. Yes, we do paid search and online display campaigns. But we also manage online video placements and ad buys, social advertising, and complex behavioral targeting campaigns.
Sometimes the management is tedious. Quite often it's routine. Occasionally, it's a little maddening. But on the upside, there's plenty of time to think creatively about new strategies or tweaks to existing efforts to make them perform better.
