Job Description
· Contribute to the growth and direction of the
company through evangelizing our proposition to senior- level executives at
brands directly and at agencies
· Generate revenue through prospecting potential
clients; identify needs and develop ad sales solutions
· Create and update ad sales proposals
· Forecast revenue and manage opportunities using
CRM (such as Salesforce)
· Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
Desired Skills & Experience
· Solid sales person with 5+ years’ experience in advertising/media
sales, with a specific focus in the digital media space
· Strong relationships with brands a plus within
the mid-West region in CPG, Retail, Technology, Financial Service and QSR verticals
preferred
· Experience managing senior client relationships
at Director level and above as well as all levels within agencies
· Previous positions with major media companies or
media-related technology companies preferred
· Fast-learner able to recognize strategic fits
between brands and our growing publisher network, with the ability to
articulate those to our internal teams and to customers
· Cross-functional knowledge of all operational
aspects involved in digital media sales
· Understand how internet advertising technology
works and the ability to explain in ordinary terms
· Strong presentation & communication skills
· BA/BS required
