Frequently Asked Questions

  1.  How does it work?
    • Post anytime - no deadlines or waiting
    • Create your job ad in as little as five minutes
    • Control the way your ad looks: bold important information, add bulleted or numbered lists.
    • View your posting immediately on the Job Connection.

  2.  How do I post my ad?

    Post a Job screenshot

  3.  When will my ad appear?

    Instantly.

  4.  Who sees the ads?

The iMedia Connection Job Board reaches a targeted audience of active and passive job seekers. Ads appear on the following websites: iMedia Connection, Adrants, ad:tech, MarketingVOX and Media Buyer Planner. And not just anyone reads these sites. The people who stay on the marketing industry's cutting edge read them; the kind of people you want to hire.

  5.  How will job seekers see my ad?

Job seekers have several ways to find a job listing. They can search by keywords, category, location or any combination of these criteria.

  6.  How long do ads remain posted?

Your job ad will expire 45 days from the posting date unless you choose to de-activate it or extend it.

You will be charged for an additional job ad to extend your ad for longer than 45 days.

If you do not need your ad to be posted for the full 45 days, you can take it down at any time by signing into your Job Connection account and un-checking the "active" checkbox." This removes the ad from the site but does not delete it. You can return at any time to repost the ad. You will be charged for an additional job ad if you repost it after the initial 45 days elapsed.

  7.  What are my payment options?

You can pay online using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. iMedia does not store any of your credit card or billing information. All financial transactions are encrypted using VeriSign.

Invoicing options may be available for higher volume purchases. Contact Nicole Healy for details: (949) 248-3901.

  8.  How will I receive responses?

    Email
Specify an email address to which resumes will be forwarded. You may choose to keep this information confidential and job seekers won’t see your address. You may forward resumes to a different email address than the one you use for your iMedia Jobs account. If you do not wish to receive resumes via the apply button, please provide specific application instructions in the body of your posting.

Tip: To avoid spam, do not enter your email address in your job description. Instead, use iMedia Jobs to receive resumes.
