Position Summary:

The Manager of Digital Marketing Partnerships is responsible for servicing digital campaigns on UFC.com. This person will work with the sales team in both the U.S. and internationally to ensure that all digital marketing campaigns are fully delivered and optimized.

Essential Functions:

1. Oversee digital inventory and provide availability estimates to the sales team
2. Generate revenue by assisting the sales team in filling out RFPs
3. Communicate with clients and sales managers to collect digital assets – testing and posting advertising creative before campaigns begin – and schedule campaigns in an efficient and organized manner
4. Use Doubleclick’s DSM & DART platforms to schedule campaigns, monitor performance, and proactively optimize to ensure maximum revenues
5. Generate detailed recap reports for each client campaign
6. Oversee inventory and provide availability estimates to the sales team
7. Work with 3rd party and rich media vendors to manage multiple campaign types
8. Work closely with other departments within Zuffa: Finance, Production, Art/Design, etc.
9. Become an expert in UFC digital products, capable of responding to questions from all levels, both internally and externally

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 1-2 years of experience working at a digital media agency.  Experience working in Ad Operations department desired.
3. Advanced knowledge of Doubleclick product suite
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and relevant applications
5. Excellent written and oral business communication skills
6. Design and editing skills in Photoshop are a plus
7. Ability to maintain confidential information
8. Ability to understand and support the policies and procedures of Zuffa, LLC.
9. Excellent attention to detail
