We are seeking a smart, forward-thinking, results driven individual to lead our Revenue Operations team through the next growth phase of our company.  This individual must have serious ad operations and analytical chops to drive complex process improvements, the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, an eye for product development, and for thriving with people development.   He/she must be passionate about building a great company.

Revenue Operations is the backbone of our company and interfaces with all key departments within the organization.  This team manages campaign delivery, optimization, yield management, and analytics across multiple products and platforms to maximize ROI.  Jumpstart is developing new products, new platforms, new partnerships, and new opportunities.  This individual will play an integral role in this growth by improving current processes, implementing new products, and managing relationships within our eco-system of internal and external partners.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA and reports to the SVP Strategy, Business Development & Technology.

Responsibilities
 
--Manage and engage the team that is responsible for campaign implementation, ad trafficking & delivery, sales operations, gross profit/ROI maximization, performance optimization
--Lead and develop a high performing team by providing career development and coaching     
--Assess current processes, infrastructure, and work with with internal teams to maximize revenue and ad performance
--Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Publisher Development, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to test, QA, and implement new products, ad units, creative executions prior to launch
--Must have Expert knowledge base related to ad serving technologies, best practices, reporting (DFP, DFA, Doubleclick)
--Experience implementing new products internally and managing technology partners that facilitate behavioral/audience retargeting, data, mobile ad serving, SSP-s, DSP-s, DMP-s.
--Develop best practices and new ways to think about our business and value proposition to clients and publishers
--Manage vendor relationships and assist with the assessment of new vendors
--Foster cross-collaboration and champion the team-s efforts across the organization
--Work closely with senior management to drive company strategy

 
Desired Skills & Experience
 
--Bachelors degree (Business, Economics, Advertising or anything interesting)
--Minimum of 6-10 years experience in revenue/ad operations with demonstrated success (publisher side, agency side, media company, vertical ad network)
--Minimum of 3-4 years managing multiple direct reports with demonstrated success
--Outstanding communication skills
--Roll up your sleeves mindset
--Proven ability to improve efficiency and processes and pro-active attitude to problem-solving
--High attention to detail, able to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent follow-through
--Self-directed, team player who has a strong sense of urgency and proven ability to get results through effective leadership
--Outstanding Excel, PPT and ad serving software proficiency (DFP, DFP, Doublclick, Atlas)
--Experience with rich media ad serving providers; PointRoll, Eyeblaster, Unicast, etc.
--Some working knowledge with Internet technologies including HTML, Flash, Javascript and other internet/networking protocols related to advertising creative, delivery process
--Passionate about building a great company
