Position Summary

We're searching for an Analyst of Media Operations who can support and ensure timely and accurate completion of digital advertising campaign deliverables. You'll play a central role in web marketing campaign execution, quality assurance and results reporting, and daily trafficking tasks of online ad campaigns. You'll also support operations specialists in campaign executions.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
• Collect creative/technical specifications from sites on all creative units, including pixel sizes, technical capabilities, traffic deadlines specific to site, etc.
• Tag traffic or creative elements to sites per the creative rotation instructions
• Instruct relevant parties on implementation of tags/codes to ensure integrity of the test plan
• Test tags and creative executions with publishers in determining possible implementation issues that may arise
• Archive all final creative elements into a shared database
• QA all campaign elements
• Ensure that all creative units, placements, click-over URLs, and click commands are correct and correspond to traffic sheet prior to campaign launch
• Cross-check that all data has been inputted into third party systems correctly based on buy summary, insertion orders and creative rotation
• Maintain weekly QA and documentation of all creative units, placements, alt text, click-over URLs, click commands, back-end tags/pixels and impression delivery
• Notify relevant parties on status on an ongoing basis
• Identify recurrent issues and alert Operations Specialist/Manager to specific issues and possible solutions
• Become proficient in Microsoft Excel and DoubleClick DART (third party ad server)
• Attend and participate in presentations from vendors

To qualify, you'll need:
• Four year degree
• 1-3 years of experience in an office environment (communications related preferred)
• Creative agency experience desired
• Proven computer skills
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing numbers
• Strong familiarity with the digital environment
• Basic knowledge and understanding of many different types of media
• Understanding of the media planning process
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a high level of organization
• Candidate must be open to travel as needed
