Terra Networks Adds Behavioral Targeting

Terra Networks announced its selection of Revenue Science to provide behavioral targeting for its network. The decision is intended to increase the ability of advertisers to reach target consumers on Terra Networks sites in the U.S. and 19 other countries.

"We are confident that our ability to deliver the most sophisticated targeting available in both Spanish and English will enable Terra to offer its advertisers great new opportunities to reach their audiences," said Revenue Science Senior Vice President of Media Operations Brad Hefta-Gaub.

Fifty-two percent of U.S. marketers use behavioral targeting, with more in the testing process, and the Interactive Advertising Bureau predicts behavioral targeted online ad spending to reach $2.1 billion by 2008. "Behavioral targeting has hit its stride as a solid option for marketers and we are excited to include this within our suite of services," said Terra CEO Fernando Rodriguez.
