One to One Interactive (OTO), a digital marketing firm, announced their acquisition of AdTools, a developer of branded desktop applications.

The Boston-area AdTools office will be integrated into One to One's facilities, while AdTools' London office will continue to operate in its current space.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
