VoiceOne Unveils Universal IM Platform

VoiceOne Communications, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of VoIP, Inc. unveiled its Click4Me.Net Universal Instant Messaging (IM) Platform that integrates IM Services from MSN, Yahoo!, AOL and Google Inc.

The service, Click4Me.Net, is free and in beta.

All major IM clients are supported by Click4Me.Net, including Windows/PC, Mac, Linux, and cell phones.

VoiceOne's COO and CTO Shawn Lewis comments, "The idea of convergence is not only related to 'tele'- communications, but communications as a whole. This is just the start. We will be introducing additional services and capabilities that not only will create a universal bridge between all methods of communication, from telephony, to instant messaging, text messaging (SMS), and multimedia messaging (MMS)."

"Currently the service is free, there are variations of the service to which merchants, advertisers, and enterprise’s may utilize these services which in fact will be the source of income when the products are removed from beta," adds Lewis.
