Time Warner Inc. may be looking to sell AOL, according to a recent report by Pali Research analyst Richard Greenfield.

Greenfield told Forbes that Time Warner is looking for ways to reshape the company and enhance value, with one possible option being the sale of AOL. The company also could split off its cable business or jettison its publishing unit, according to Greenfield.

Time Warner did not comment on the likelihood of a sale.
