Warner Bros. will bring Bugs Bunny and the rest of his cartoon friends to a new interactive web portal, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal.

Known as T-Works, the new portal is scheduled to go live in April. It will feature the popular rabbit along with the rest of the Looney Tunes gang, along with Hanna-Barbera and DC Comics characters.

"T-Works fits perfectly with our overall digital strategy of creating original content online, as well as developing compelling consumer destinations," Bruce Rosenblum, president of Warner Bros.' Television Group, said in a statement.

The ad-supported site will allow users to watch classic cartoons as well as original content created for the site. User also will be able to create virtual worlds using cartoon characters and their own cartoon avatars.
