FunnyOrDie hasn't managed to capitalize on its much-talked about debut, according to a story in The Hollywood Reporter, which says the site hasn't really delivered without actor and part owner Will Ferrell, who appeared in its inaugural sketch, "The Landlord."

According to a spokesman for the site, Ferrell will soon produce more videos for the site, but in the meantime, FunnyOrDie is working to attract other celebrities to appear in its internet shorts.

One problem for the site may be that it has become a victim of its own success. While officials at FunnyOrDie insist their numbers are still strong, the runaway success of "The Landlord" appears hard to duplicate.
