BMW Films & Nike -- Big Winners

For the second year in a row, Fallon Worldwide’s BMW Films series of Internet-only shorts has been named Best of Show in One Show Interactive, but the interactive competition was dominated by work for Nike.

One Show Interactive is sponsored by The One Club for Art & Copy, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in advertising creativity. The awards were presented last week at a reception held at the One Club’s Manhattan gallery space, with over 200 interactive advertising professionals in attendance.

The BMW Films campaign won a Gold Pencil in the Integrated Branding category. Nike won nine Pencils for a range of work submitted by nine different agencies from seven countries around the world, earning the brand the title of One Show Interactive’s Advertiser of the Year.

Among other advertisers whose work was honored at this year’s One Show Interactive awards are Sony, HP, Absolut and G.E. Agencies receiving Gold, Silver and Bronze Pencils at the event, now in it’s seventh year, were R/GA (New York), TBWA\Chiat\Day (Los Angeles), Hakuhodo i-studios (Tokyo), Goodby Silverstein & Partners (San Francisco) and Almap/BBDO (Sao Paulo).

Winners and finalists will be featured in the commemorative One Show Interactive Annual and CD-ROM, produced exclusively for the show.
