Wieden puts search in the middle

There's a lot of talk about how agencies must evolve to compete in the digital age, but one agency, Wieden + Kennedy, has put its money where its mouth is, so to speak.

According to an Ad Week report, Wieden + Kennedy has hired Jason Clement as its first director of search. Clement, who has worked at Ogilvy and Carat Fusion, will be asked to help bring search marketing to the center of the agency, which is known as a powerhouse for creative.

Clement will begin working on Nokia account.
