CarSoup Ups Advertisers' Click-Throughs

Automotive buying and selling site CarSoup.com is reporting click-through rates of up to .82% for its advertisers.

Many of CarSoup’s advertisers had never implemented online ad campaigns before, having solely focused on traditional print and broadcast media placement. Since advertising with CarSoup, they have achieved impressive results, including, in the case of TopLine Federal Credit Union, over four-million impressions and up to .82% click-through rates in only six weeks on specific targeted banner ads. TopLine Federal Credit Union also increased the number of car loan applications it received to 196, up from an average of 63, in one month.

Automotive dealerships that have purchased targeted ad banners have an average click-through rate of 0.62%.

The site attributes the above-average rates to the licensing of Accipiter AdManager, an advertising management platform that enables publishers to precisely schedule, target and deliver relevant ad campaigns on behalf of their advertising clients.

Accipiter AdManager is providing CarSoup’s partners with the ability to deliver ads in virtually any format, including Flash, streaming, and more. In addition, many of the campaigns that AdManager has delivered for CarSoup.com involve a number of new, eye-catching creatives, such as skyscrapers, payment calculators, and others. AdManager allows for each of these campaigns to be tracked and reported on accurately, and automatically optimized, ensuring continued and increased effectiveness.
