BlueLithium Acquires AdRevolver

Contextual ad company BlueLithium, Inc. announced the acquisition of ad serving technology company AdRevolver.

AdRevolver tracks the number of impressions shown before a user clicks an advertisement, tracking both the average number of pre-click impressions and frequency distribution per impression.  This provides insight for action-oriented campaigns.

"When using the AdRevolver technology within our global network and seeing the incredible response rates it brought to advertisers, we decided that our best move was to make AdRevolver part of the BlueLithium family. Bringing this powerful technology in-house will allow us to improve it even further, and thus improve the results we deliver to our customers," says Gurbaksh Chahal, chief executive officer, BlueLithium.

The deal is in final legal approval and the companies expect the transaction to close within two weeks. The amount of the acquisition was not disclosed.
