Zunch Debuts Click Fraud Tool

Zunch Communications, Inc. is premiering Click Fraud Detective, a pay-per-click (PPC) auditing system, at the Search Engine Strategies Conference this week.

According to the Dallas-based company, Click Fraud Detective immediately alerts a user when suspicious activity is occurring in a pay-per-click campaign and assists with recovering lost advertising dollars. With detailed IP and cookie-based reporting, it can tag and track dynamic and proxy IP addresses and multiple user/LAN Networks sharing IP addresses. Reports can be exported in several formats and sent to Google Adwords, Yahoo! Search marketing (Overture), Kanoodle or other PPC network representatives.

"There are unscrupulous competitors, or affiliates using automated software designed to click on your ads, driving your PPC advertising costs up and depleting your PPC budgets. Click Fraud Detective gives you the information you need to request reimbursement for such fraudulent activity," says Zunch Communications, Inc. chairman and CEO John Sanchez.

According to the Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization (SEMPO), between 36 percent and 58 percent of advertisers are worried about click fraud but have been unable to track its full extent.
